We have three CNC bending benches. These are;

• Müller Opladen, type RB 650/1200/6 MP
• fully CNC-controlled
• renders manual shortening unnecessary
• laser-controlled head cuts with precision
• allows the most complex connections to be manufactured
• cutting stainless steel is enabled, if minor adjustments are made

We are equipped with modern welding equipment, operated by certified welders. Our welding installations for FCAW-, TIG-, and Electric welding processes are fitted with a manipulator and roller conveyor (capacity 2 tonnes). This allows us to process all the most commonly found materials, such as stainless steel, cunifer, steel, and high-alloy steel. We will always be pleased to discuss any other particular wishes with respect to certification and welding processes.

The Wachs portable flange facing machine has been designed to process Full Faced and Raised Faced flanges from 4" (101.6 mm) to 24" (609.6 mm) external diameter, quickly and easily. This is possible at any conceivable position along fully-composed pipe structures, which allows us to carry out finishing work quickly in-house.

The transport of pipes places special demands on our vehicle fleet. In order to transport the pipes to our customers, we have a Mercedes Axor with sufficient capacity to allow us to move the pieces quickly and safely to their user.
