Our automated logistics and the manufacture of pipes up to and including DIN 200 in our production facility of more than 3,000 m² is what sets us apart. Unique in our production process is that flanges can be placed on the pipes before the latter are bent to size.  Besides these advantages, we make calculations prior to programming and planning the work to determine the most favourable nesting. This results in such benefits as less residual material and thus even more favourable prices. CNC bending of pipes with diameter up to 8 inches can also be called unique.  Of course, you can also come to us to manufacture pipes with diameters greater than 8 inches.

Besides our production facility being extensively equipped, our employees are also exceptionally well qualified. All our qualified welding techniques are carried out in accordance with ASME IX, EN 288 and EN 287. Should an additional qualification or standard be essential for you, we will have ourselves certified specially for the job. We are also VCA** (Safety Checklist for Contractors) and ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Our flange welding system, developed in collaboration with Kranendonk Production Systems, is a robotic production solution for the welding of single pipe constructions for the offshore, shipbuilding and petrochemical industries.

The system that has been developed is unique and improves the welding quality, cycle time, product flexibility and delivery time for the pipes. Our four simultaneously operating ABB robots and the most up-to-date vision technology allow for fully-automated positioning, joining and/or welding of a wide range of flanges and welded connections. This results in a product that, thanks to the robot technology, is of high quality and complies with the dimensions tolerances set out in standard EN ISO 13929, Class C.
